Responsibilities:
Understand and apply graphic design, motion design, illustrations, designing thinking and strategic design skills across a broad range of work
Design and execution of promotional campaigns across all channels including mobile app, website, email, display advertising, social, PR and more
Work closely with product team, brand team and marketing team to ensure visuals and copy work together
Drive excellence in quality, design, typography and brand consistency
Execute on various production and post-production tasks with great attention to detail – and working with production teams to deliver
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and content campaigns
Must have the ability to ideate, evolve content and refer to relevant design touch-points
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Graphic designer/illustrator
Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma and basic image editing/sketching tools
Proven experience with leveraging digital, digital advertising and social media platforms
Basic experience in retouching
Interest in visual design and principles
Highly creative with a thorough understanding and passion of typography, design and current design trends
Deep understanding of art design principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in English
A strongly creative bent of mind to create design elements from a brand perspective
