Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define and execute lead generation strategies that align with the company's sales objectives.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize the SDR processes and workflows to enhance productivity and results.
Target Setting: Establish clear and achievable targets for the SDR team, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to ensure they meet and exceed their lead generation targets.
Lead Qualification: Assist in lead qualification efforts when necessary and provide guidance to SDRs on effective lead qualification techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar lead generation role.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the Logistic sector is a plus.
