Our core Founding Team has members who bring vision, domain expertise, bold ambition, hustle, and a deep passion to solve Global Trade for small businesses. Our Founder & CEO Saurabh Goyal is an IIT Delhi alumnus with 20+ years of experience in the supply chain management field all over the world and our CTO, Madan Mohan is an IIM Bangalore alumnus with 20+ years of experience in building platforms from scratch.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase revenue

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize customer retention and revenue

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  • Develop and present proposals and quotes to potential clients

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

  • Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company's services

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development in the freight forwarding and logistics industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to travel when necessary
