2) Review your matches & invite the candidates that fit your needs

Our AI algorithms source candidates for your role which are further refined by your Talent Manager to give you 3-5 most relevant candidate recommendations. Review your matches and shortlist the ones you'd like to take further. Once you review the existing recommendations, you can request for more candidates.

3) Talk to your Talent Manager for scheduling & coordination

In our product, you can easily message your Talent manager who'll assist you with relevant insights, scheduling & coordination with shortlisted candidates.

4) Assess and hire the best

Follow your usual recruitment process. When someone really stands out, make an offer to hire.
